Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us at contact@smartique.co and we'll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't been processed for shipping. Email us as soon as possible at contact@smartique.co.

How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long will delivery take?
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to become active.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@smartique.co with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it.
