We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@smartique.co with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@smartique.co.
